**Job Overview**:
As the **E-Commerce Fulfillment Center Logistics Specialist**, you will play a critical role in positioning **Xtreme Cold Storage** for success in the e-commerce logistics sector. You will lead the development and implementation of cross-border fulfillment strategies, focusing on optimizing the movement of goods between Canada and the USA, ensuring efficient last-mile delivery, and building the foundation for our long-term success in serving e-commerce businesses. Your expertise will help us expand from traditional 3PL and air cargo operations to a full-service e-commerce logistics provider, capable of handling high-volume consumer goods and complex supply chain challenges.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Fulfillment Strategy Development**: Lead the setup and integration of an end-to-end e-commerce fulfillment process for **Xtreme Cold Storage**, focusing on cross-border (Canada-USA) logistics, last-mile delivery, and inventory management.
- **Cross-Border Operations**: Design and implement an efficient cross-border shipping strategy, ensuring seamless movement of goods between Canada and the USA. Manage customs clearance, tariffs, and regulatory compliance to facilitate timely and cost-effective delivery across borders.
- **Cold Chain & E-Commerce Synergy**: Leverage our expertise in cold chain logistics to meet the growing demand for temperature-sensitive goods in e-commerce. Develop processes that integrate cold chain management with e-commerce fulfillment operations.
- **Last-Mile Delivery Optimization**: Oversee the design of last-mile delivery solutions that ensure fast and reliable service to end customers. Collaborate with third-party logistics providers and regional carriers to streamline deliveries, enhance service levels, and reduce costs.
- **E-Commerce Platform Integration**: Collaborate with IT and operations teams to ensure our logistics infrastructure integrates with leading e-commerce platforms, supporting seamless order fulfillment, inventory tracking, and data synchronization.
- **Vendor & Partner Relationships**: Build and maintain relationships with third-party logistics providers, freight carriers, customs brokers, and last-mile delivery partners. Negotiate contracts, manage service level agreements (SLAs), and ensure operational excellence.
- **Process Improvement & Innovation**: Identify opportunities to innovate and improve our e-commerce logistics processes. Implement best practices, automation, and cutting-edge technologies to enhance operational efficiency and scalability.
- **Team Leadership & Development**: Lead and mentor a team of logistics professionals as we scale our e-commerce fulfillment capabilities. Provide guidance on operational best practices, training, and development to ensure high-performance delivery.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain management, and e-commerce fulfillment.
- Proven track record in setting up and optimizing e-commerce fulfillment processes, particularly in cross-border logistics (Canada-USA).
- Strong understanding of 3PL logistics and the ability to integrate this expertise into e-commerce fulfillment and supply chain management.
- In-depth knowledge of last-mile delivery operations, including carrier management, route optimization, and customer service excellence.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, warehouse management systems (WMS), transportation management systems (TMS), and ERP software.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and cost-management skills.
- Strong negotiation, vendor management, and partnership-building abilities.
