**Job Description**:
We are currently searching for an** Electrical BIM Technical Lead**. This position is based in our **Edmonton** office but is a lead role for all operations in Edmonton, Calgary, Saskatoon, Vancouver, and Toronto.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Developing BIM tools for clear and consistent delivery across offices.
- Developing and/or maintaining Revit content and Workflows
- Leading and facilitating BIM efforts for distributed multi-discipline/multi-consultant project team.
- Coordinating milestone deliverables for design review and/or client meetings/presentations.
- Governing project team use of BIM standards, best practices and protocols/workflows.
- Communicating project BIM regular progress updates to key project stakeholders.
- Managing BIM model(s) health and highlight discipline coordination issues.

**Job Requirements**:
What you will bring:

- 5+ years experience in BIM Implementation on major projects or programs.
- Thorough knowledge of the strategic development, implementation, and delivery of BIM on a project.
- Experience working on various Infrastructure projects as Design Consultant or Contractor. Site supervision experience is an asset.
- Experience using Navisworks, Revizto, and/or Autodesk Construction Cloud (BIM360) to conduct visual audits and automated clash detection.
- Experience producing/implementing BIM Execution Plans.
- Excellent leadership skills and the ability to work as part of a strategic team.
- Experience supervising and mentoring team members and providing technical support in the use of modelling software and interdisciplinary coordination.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills; this includes the ability to communicate technical issues to non-technical staff and clients.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain effective client relationships.
- Ability to work under pressure and concurrently on multiple deadlines.

Additional assets:

- Knowledge of Revit family editing and creation.
- Experienced in preparation of multi-discipline drawings and models with limited input from engineers.
