**Key Responsibilities**
- **Recipe Execution**: Follow established recipes and procedures to ensure consistency and quality.
- **Recipe Development**: Develop recipes for our pastry displays in alignment with our brand’s vision.
- **Baking & Mixing**: Prepare and bake cakes, cupcakes, and a variety of desserts with precision and care.
- **Decoration**: Decorate cakes, cupcakes, and pastries to meet high aesthetic and taste standards.
- **Buttercreams & Fillings**: Create and flavor buttercreams, ganaches, and dessert fillings.
- **Inventory Management**: Track ingredients and supplies to ensure efficient operations.
- **Equipment Maintenance**: Clean and maintain kitchen tools and appliances to uphold health and safety standards.
- **Dishwashing**: Participate in dishwashing duties as necessary to maintain a clean workspace.
- **Daily Cleaning**: Contribute to the daily cleaning of all areas to ensure a pristine environment.

**Qualifications**
- Graduation from a recognized pastry school or equivalent high-level training in pastry arts.
- Previous experience in a similar role or a proven track record of relevant skills and expertise.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with a team.
- Capability to thrive under pressure and adapt to special or unexpected situations.
- A willingness to learn and master new skills from our experienced staff.
- A commitment to continuously advancing your pastry skills and knowledge.

**Requirements**:

- Must be located within commuting distance of our bakery + studio in Surrey, BC.
- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada.
- Must be available for immediate employment.

**Application Note**:
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
