**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and welcome clients in a friendly and professional manner
- Assist stylists with hair styling tasks as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitization of salon equipment and work areas
- Support front desk operations by scheduling appointments, answering phone calls, and managing client inquiries
- Assist in retail sales by recommending products and upselling services
- Communicate effectively with clients to ensure a positive salon experience

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in customer service or retail sales is preferred
- Knowledge of hair styling techniques is a plus
- Ability to sanitate equipment and work areas effectively
- Strong communication skills to interact with clients and team members
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced salon environment
