**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Full cycle accounts payable - prepare invoices for approval, match, validate coding, and input invoices into the accounting system. (Oracle)
- Ensuring the timely payment of all invoices by weekly EFT/Cheque runs.
- Manage collections process for a portion of ConMed Canada’s customers by communicating with customers to ensure payments resolve outstanding invoices.
- Assist with Audit requests from internal or external Financial Auditors as required throughout the year.
- Complete reconciliations during month-end and post journal entries to accurately close the month.
- Attend bi-weekly Finance Team meetings to review outstanding items and align on an action plan to meet desired results.
- Other ad hoc finance duties as required.
