**Being a TEAM LEAD, is**:

- Establishing a relationship with our customers and offering a service with unlimited possibilities inspired by style, confidence and conviction.
- Optimizing the performance of your team members by coaching them and creating trusting relationships.
- Designing merchandising displays to attract customers and promote sales.
- Proudly promoting and serving our customers in your unique style by providing top notch customer service.

**What it takes**:

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrate the level of leadership and drive that comes from a minimum of 1-2 years supervisory or keyholder experience (retail apparel environment preferably
- Excellent communication skills in English, written and spoken.
- Experience in visual merchandising, an asset.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time.
- Flexible to work retail hours (standard, peak, and holiday).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $18.00 per hour

- Toronto, ON M5B 2H1: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:
