**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and answering questions about menu items.
- Prepare food items according to established recipes and standards, ensuring quality and presentation.
- Operate the POS system, including Micros POS, to process transactions efficiently and accurately.
- Handle cash transactions with precision, maintaining accurate cash handling practices.
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards in both the dining area and kitchen.
- Upsell menu items to enhance the guest experience and increase sales.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery.
- Adhere to food safety guidelines and regulations throughout all food handling processes.

**Experience**
- Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred.
- Familiarity with food preparation techniques and kitchen operations is advantageous.
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing.
- Knowledge of sanitation practices and food safety regulations is essential.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
