**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Take customer orders accurately using POS systems such as Micros POS, ensuring efficient transaction processing and cash handling
- Prepare and serve food items in accordance with food safety and sanitation standards
- Assist with food preparation tasks, including basic cooking, plating, and portioning
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations, dining areas, and kitchen equipment through proper sanitation procedures
- Provide exceptional guest services by addressing customer inquiries, upselling menu items, and ensuring a positive dining experience
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure timely service and order fulfillment
- Handle cash register operations, including cashiering duties and basic math calculations for transactions
- Follow all food handling protocols to ensure safety and quality standards are met at all times
- Support team members in various tasks as needed to ensure smooth restaurant operations

**Experience**
- Previous experience in food service or restaurant settings is highly desirable
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS is a plus
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
- Knowledge of food safety regulations, sanitation practices, and proper food handling techniques
- Experience in food preparation, serving, cashiering, or hospitality roles is preferred
- Ability to manage time efficiently during peak hours while maintaining attention to detail in all tasks

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $17.40-$23.01 per hour
