**Job Summary**
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to provide high-quality support and assistance to individuals in need of personal care. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our clients, ensuring their comfort and safety while promoting independence. This position requires a nurturing attitude and the ability to work effectively with individuals who may have various health challenges, including dementia and disabilities.

**Duties**
- Provide personal care services, including bathing, grooming, and dressing assistance.
- Assist clients with meal preparation and ensure proper nutrition.
- Offer companionship and emotional support to clients, fostering a positive environment.
- Help with mobility and transportation needs, including heavy lifting when necessary.
- Maintain a clean and safe living environment for clients.
- Monitor client health and report any changes or concerns to appropriate personnel.
- Support clients in assisted living or nursing home settings as needed.
- Provide hospice care when required, ensuring dignity and comfort for end-of-life patients.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop care plans tailored to individual needs.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in patient care or as a caregiver is preferred.
- **Cantonese Language** is required
- Knowledge of dementia care practices is highly desirable.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and assist clients with physical mobility.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
- A compassionate nature with a genuine desire to help others.
- Familiarity with hospice care protocols is a plus.
- Must be able to maintain cleanliness and organization within the client's living space.
- Valid certifications in caregiving or related fields are advantageous but not mandatory.
