**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.
- Communicate effectively with clients in Italian, ensuring their needs are understood and met.
- Assist with medication management and ensure adherence to prescribed schedules.
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for clients by performing light housekeeping duties.
- Document care provided and report any changes in client condition to the appropriate personnel.
- Engage clients in social activities to promote mental well-being and companionship.
- Utilize basic math skills for managing client-related tasks such as budgeting for groceries or medications.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals and family members to develop personalized care plans.

**Qualifications**
- Bilingual proficiency in Italian and English is required.
- Previous experience in caregiving or related fields is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with an emphasis on communication and phone etiquette.
- Experience with POS systems, cashiering, and cash handling is a plus.
- Familiarity with retail sales concepts such as upselling, merchandising, stocking, and retail math is advantageous.
- Supervising experience is preferred for those interested in leadership roles within caregiving settings.
- Ability to perform product demos as needed for client engagement activities.
