We are looking for a Full Time Administrator who can work at 2 dental clinis, Time to Care Dental and West End Dental.

**Responsibilities**:

- Check the daily schedule for accuracy and opportunities.
- Optimizes Clinic appointment book to achieve weekly and monthly revenue budgets through treatment plan monitoring, patient information flow, and continuous patient contact
- Provide the clinic with administrative and practical support when requested.
- Establish and facilitate long-term patient relationships
- Gather and accurately record medical, personal, and insurance information from patients; ensure this information is updated for existing patients.
- Accurately file patient information, seeing that records are stored securely and handled in compliance with privacy and security regulations.
- Manage recall and inactive patient system.

**SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS**:

- 1 year of previous dental administration experience.
- Good interpersonal and verbal skills to maintain effective rapport with patients, dentists, other staff members, and community; a team player.
- Customer service or patient relations experience; conflict resolution experience.
- Able to adapt to and drive office policy improvements (office is constantly striving for improved customer care/service).
- **Experience working with a dental software is required.
