**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Lead and coordinate field surveying teams to ensure efficient project execution.
- Manage data collection processes, ensuring high levels of accuracy and reliability.
- Utilize GIS and CAD software for mapping and design purposes.
- Build and maintain databases for project data management.
- Conduct site assessments and prepare detailed reports on findings.
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to meet project requirements.
- Train and mentor junior staff on surveying techniques and equipment usage.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during all operations.

**Skills**
- Proficient in data management practices with experience in building databases.
- Stong knowledge of Trimble hardware/software.
- Familiarity with CAD software, including AutoCAD, for technical drawings.
- Excellent data collection skills with attention to detail to ensure precision in measurements.
- Strong leadership abilities to effectively manage teams and projects.
- Problem-solving skills to address challenges that arise during fieldwork.
- Effective communication skills for collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
