We have an opportunity for a **Quality Assurance Manager** at our Calgary, Alberta Head Office location. The Quality Assurance Manager, under the direction of the Canadian General Manager, is responsible for overseeing the company quality management program ensuring it aligns with strategic direction. As a partner with various business units, they will guide management through the development of processes, create and update quality related documents, manage the non-conformance program and conduct audits to ensure ISO 9001:2015 standards are being maintained.

**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Oversee the company’s Quality Management System
- Manage the Non-Conformance Program
- Maintain, update, and improve quality documentation
- Guide departments on process development including improving, updating and maintaining quality documentation
- Develop strategic quality objectives
- Conduct annual audit plans by identifying and evaluating the company’s risks and controls/.
- Conduct internal audits utilizing ISO 9001:2015throughout Canada and the USA, providing management with findings and in written format.
- Perform gap analysis between ISO9001 2015 and current processes and procedures.
- Provide leadership in the development and direction of the quality assurance (QA) and quality improvement initiatives
- Conduct monthly QA Meetings
- Provide training to departments on QA standards and procedures
- Conduct annual QA Program review with senior management
- Act as liaison with third party auditors
- Occasional travel within Canada and the US

QUALIFICATIONS:

- 5+ years of QAQC experience is required
- Lead Auditor ISO 9001: 2015 qualified
- Minimum 3 years of supervisory or management experience
- Post-secondary education in a technical field is considered an asset but not a requirement.

EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:
Must possess excellent verbal & written communication skills
- Must possess excellent verbal & written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- The ability to build relationships with employees in all departments and all levels of the organization including senior management
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office
