The Flying Canoe, a popular community hangout known for craft beer and artisan pizza, is seeking a talented Pizza Chef to join our dynamic team. If you're a passionate pizza enthusiast with a minimum of 2 years of experience in crafting exceptional pies in a fast paced team environment, we want to hear from you Key Responsibilities: Prepare and handcraft artisan pizzas using our signature pizza crust. Execute menu items with precision and attention to detail. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the pizza kitchen. Collaborate with the culinary team to develop new, exciting pizza creations. Qualifications: Minimum of 2 years of experience in pizza preparation and baking. Strong knowledge of pizza dough handling and shaping. Passion for creating innovative and delicious pizza recipes. Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
