**Role and Responsibilities**:

- Represent company’s products and services, starting with a deep and comprehensive understanding and following with consumer research to identify how our solutions meet needs
- Meet weekly, monthly, and annual sales quotas through the successful implementation of sales and marketing strategies and tactics
- Generate leads and build relationships by planning and organizing a daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales outlets
- Manage territory, drive sales growth through existing and new customers
- Develop business plans for major accounts that align with the company's growth strategy.
- Document and customize customer procedures in the internal ERP system to optimize work processes and understanding of specifications

**Requirements**:

- Knowledge in the printing industry is an asset
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Sound decision-making, organization and planning skills, including business plan development.
- Team player who can work collaboratively with all internal departments and customers.
- Direction of leadership: proactivity and autonomy to make decisions.
- Experience in waterworks.
- Sense of customer service and problem solving.

**Schedule**: 8:00am to 4:30pm.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $77,000.00-$79,000.00 per year

Flexible Language Requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
