We are seeking a qualified individual for a Manager, Ticketing Administration position.

Reporting to the Manager, Ticketing Operations, the Manager, Ticketing Administration has two main responsibilities: People Management and Event Management:

- People Management: assign tasks and responsibilities to the ticketing team of coordinators and administrative assistances.
- Event Management: set up, execution, maintenance and reporting for Lighthouse Immersive and Starvox Entertainment ticketed events.

This detail-oriented position requires excellent organizational skills, professional interaction with management personnel, internal staff, vendors, and clients of all levels. An ability to work efficiently, accurately and effectively under pressure in this very fast paced office and the ability to complete and prioritize tasks in a timely manner is essential.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage the head office ticketing team to ensure smooth operation of the department and events with the Director, Ticketing and Sales and Manager Ticketing Operations.
- Ensure all tasks are completed in a timely fashion.
- Build and maintain ticketing events for Lighthouse Immersive, Starvox Entertainment and affiliated partners promoted shows.
- Liaise with Producers and Partners with regards to the structure, schedules and pricing of events.
- Input and generate ticket sales reports and calendars.
- Communicate regularly and assist internal departments with any ticketing needs and concerns.
- Set up, track and reconcile ticket broker/third party deals
- Accurately set up ticketing requirements including, but not limited to, building and enabling prices and special offers; adjusting capacities; monitoring and maintaining inventory.
- Regularly audit and maintain the online purchase flow to ensure accurate set up.
- Attend all relevant meetings, functions and discussions.
- Maintain existing processes and develop new processes as needed to maintain maximum efficiency.
- Work closely with the Customer Service department to ensure that they have all needed information.
- Create gross potential reports, and recommendations to increase ticket sales.
- Create discount offers and codes, process complimentary ticket requests.
- Analyze sales reports to identify trends.
- Perform any administrative duties as required and assigned.
- Other duties as required.

- Knowledge of ticketing software specifically Universe is an asset
- Strong knowledge of Box Office or similar operations
- Exceptional written, oral and electronic communication skills
- Excellent administrative and computer skills (MS Office, Google Suites, Asana)
- Ability to prioritize, organize, problem solve, follow-up and communicate
- Must be able to work under pressure to meet strict deadlines
- Ability to work as part of a team and independently with mínimal supervision
- Available to work evenings and weekends as required
- A positive, winning approach, incorporating integrity, confidentiality and discretion
- High level of attention to detail; ability to follow protocol set in place to ensure integrity of the database.
- Ability to quickly learn new ticketing concepts and functionality; excellent problem-solving skills.
- Superb organizational skills, including adaptable time management and prioritization of tasks to meet multiple deadlines.
