**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a reliable individual to join our team. This role involves performing a variety of tasks to support our team delivering high-quality results on time. The position demands physical endurance, attention to detail, and the ability to work in diverse weather conditions.

During summer, work hours are approximately Monday through Friday, 7.30am-4pm. Although this position is seasonal, individuals who demonstrate reliability, a strong work ethic, and a positive attitude may be offered continued employment throughout winter.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the construction and installation of various landscape features, including artificial turf, patios, garden beds, and other landscape elements.
- Perform physical labour using hand tools (e.g., shovels, rakes, wheelbarrows) to move soil, gravel, and other materials as needed.
- Operate a variety of power tools and equipment (mowers, blowers, etc.) safely and effectively.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety protocols at all times.
- Maintain exceptional standards of work quality and professionalism.
- Communicate effectively and respectively with team members.
- Support team members with tasks as needed to ensure projects are completed on time and to standard.

**Qualifications**:

- Ability to follow directions accurately and ask questions to clarify details when needed.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with landscaping power tools and equipment (e.g., trimmers, blowers, mowers).
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining a strong work ethic.
- Valid Class 5 driver’s license and own transportation to and from our warehouse in Springbank.
- Ability to handle physically demanding tasks over extended periods.
- Willingness to learn and take feedback constructively.
- Previous landscaping or outdoor labour experience is an asset, but not required.

Pay: $18.00-$25.00 per hour

- Calgary, AB: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Class 5 Licence (required)
