**Job Type**: Full-time (Seasonal & Year-Round Opportunities Available)
**Pay**: $17.00-$21.00/hr (based on experience)

We’re looking for **hardworking, experienced landscape labourers** who are eager to join a growing team, learn new skills, and make a visible impact every single day.

**What You’ll Be Doing**:

- Working with a tight-knit crew of 3-4 on high-end landscaping installations
- Building retaining walls, patios, planting beds, and other outdoor features
- Operating tools and equipment safely and efficiently
- Supporting snow removal operations in the off-season (residential & commercial)
- Representing CLS with professionalism and positivity on every site

**What You Bring to the Table**:

- **Minimum 1 year** of experience on a landscaping or service crew
- Able to lift **75-100 lbs** and work **up to 10-hour shifts**:

- Reliable, punctual, and not afraid to get your hands dirty
- Passion for quality workmanship and doing things the right way
- A good attitude and willingness to learn—we’ll teach the rest

Bonus Skills (Not Required, But Great to Have):

- Customer service experience
- Construction, concrete, or general trades background
- Attention to detail and pride in a job well done
