An established Certified Financial Planner is seeking an Assistant / Associate for further business development. This is an entry to intermediate level position that works F/T or P/T in collaboration with the Planner to provide clients with holistic wealth management advice.

**Your main responsibilities will involve**:

- Supporting the Planner to provide first-class financial planning and strategic wealth management services to our clients.
- Providing secretarial and administrative support in daily operations
- Managing client reviews, scheduling meetings and preparing client meeting materials.
- Engaging in business development activities and providing support on the due diligence process.
- Assisting in investment portfolio reviews and preparing insurance needs analysis, if applicable.
- Preparing marketing & communication materials for clients and target markets.
- You have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- You have strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize.
- You thrive in a small office with fast-paced and dynamic work environment
- You are comfortable working with people and numbers.
- You have exceptional interpersonal skills.
- You are result-oriented with firm entrepreneurial focus.
- You are committed towards ongoing learning and self-development.
- You have years of related work experience in the finance sector (knowledge and previous background in insurance and investment planning will be an advantage).
- Completion or in the process of obtaining the following is considered an asset: Securities license, CFP, and/or Life License Qualification Program (LLQP)
