**Vegetation Management Technician - Herbicide Applicator**

**Summer Employment - May 2025 - August 2025**

This is a great opportunity for post-secondary students that want huge income potential while having fun working outdoors in a positive team environment. Safety is a top priority so we offer ongoing training and mentoring by experienced co-workers and supervisors throughout the summer.

- Application of herbicide to oilfield facilities, pipelines, roadsides, and other industrial locations.
- Working on reclamation projects.
- Weed trimming industrial locations.
- Utilizing tablets with GIS software for reporting, mapping and navigation.

**Qualifications**
- H2S Alive, Std First Aid, CSO, CSTS 2020, WHMIS, TDG, completed before start date
- Class 5 drivers license - Must have a clean driver's abstract
- Willingness to work long hours and weekends
- An agricultural or environmental background is an asset
- Spray experience/Pesticide Applicator Certificate is an asset
- ATV/UTV Certification is an asset

**Salary**
- $20.00 - $25.00/hr + overtime.
- Pay is based on experience.
- All employees are eligible for a Safety Performance bonus.
- 1st year earning potential over $20k

**Job Types**: Full-time, Seasonal
Contract length: 4 months

Pay: $20.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 60 per week

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay
- Overtime pay

- Day shift
- Overtime
