**Overview**

**Duties**
- Assist in managing daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Support the General Manager in developing and implementing operational policies and procedures.
- Train, mentor, and supervise staff to enhance performance and promote professional development.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Collaborate with various departments to streamline processes and improve service delivery.
- Prepare reports on operational performance and suggest improvements.

**Experience**
- Previous experience in a management or supervisory role is preferred.
- 5 years experience in Hotels industry
- Bilingual( French-English )
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster teamwork.
- Proficiency in using management software and tools is a plus.
- Ability to adapt to changing environments and handle challenges with a positive attitude.
- A background in customer service or hospitality is advantageous but not mandatory.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Leadership & Performance Management**: You will oversee both properties' performance, leading by example to ensure continuous improvement in service standards, guest satisfaction, and profitability.
- **Profitability & Yield Management**: You will play a key role in driving revenue, profitability, and ensuring the properties meet or exceed yield targets.
- **Team Development & Accountability**: Lead, guide, and motivate the property leadership teams, ensuring their professional growth while holding them accountable for project execution and results.
- **Stakeholder Communication**: Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners through proactive and ongoing communication. Keep them informed of brand initiatives and guest experience.
- **Ambassadorship**: Serve as the face and ambassador for the properties, particularly in relationship management and team development.
- **Sales and Marketing: getting involved in the sales department, respond to Group RFP's (corporate RFP's are taking care by the revenue manager) and individual group requests, sales visits to corporate sites.**

Pay: $70,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
