**Pallet Builder**

We are seeking a skilled, motivated labourer to join our growing team in a wood pallet production shop. We have multiple openings available.

**Permanent employment**

**Full time**

**Day (7:00 AM to 5:00 PM) available**

**Responsibilities and Duties**:

- Build wood pallets (skids) using air tools
- Fast-paced, involving continual body activity lifting items weighing up to 25-50 lbs
- Utilize machine operated equipment and standard moving tools
- Follow safe ‘Standard Operating Procedures’ accepting coaching from more experienced team mates and taking direction from Supervisors
- Clean work areas
- Perform general housekeeping and equipment cleaning duties
- Be able to be a part of a fluid and flexible production team and move to other rooms or departments as required
- Other duties as required

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada
- 6 months industrial experience is preferred but not required
- Punctual, dependable, and reliable
- Experience with machinery, hand tools, and lifting devices
- Have excellent problem solving, communication and organizational skills

**Benefits**:

- Competitive compensation (compensation is based on the number of pallets manufactured) - salary range between $60,000 - $100,000

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $60,000.00-$100,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
