**Key Responsibilities**
- **Greeting Visitors**: Receptionists welcome guests and clients as they arrive, providing a friendly and professional first impression of the organization.
- **Managing Phone Calls**: They handle incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate personnel, taking messages, and responding to inquiries.
- **Administrative Support**: Receptionists perform various administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, sorting mail, and maintaining office supplies.
- **Maintaining Records**: They may be responsible for keeping records of visitors, managing sign-in sheets, and ensuring confidentiality in sensitive situations, especially in healthcare or legal settings.
- **Handling Correspondence**: Receptionists manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages, ensuring timely distribution within the office.
- **Assisting with Office Operations**: They may assist in organizing meetings, preparing documents, and coordinating office activities to support overall operations.

**Skills Required**:

- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for interacting with clients and colleagues effectively.
- **Multitasking Abilities**: Receptionists often juggle multiple tasks simultaneously, requiring strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize effectively.
- **Customer Service Orientation**: A friendly demeanor and the ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints gracefully are crucial for this role.
- **Technical Proficiency**: Familiarity with office software, phone systems, and basic administrative tools is important for efficient task management.

Pay: $15.55-$18.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
