This is a full-time, permanent position. Hours of work must be flexible to meet the needs of the business.
**The Duties and Responsibilities:
- Store Operations_
- Oversee day-to-day operations including interpreting and communicating company expectations.
- Help maintain brand consistency through positive customer experiences and local event involvement.
- Participate in planning meetings to prepare and roll out various training and initiatives.
- Performing regular general inspections of front desk and gaming areas.
- Performing daily cleaning and maintenance duties in compliance with company standards.
- Managing and maintaining inventory levels.
- Customer Relations_
- Create a lasting experience with in-store customers.
- Ensuring customer satisfaction is a high priority and always top of mind.
- Receive and communicate customer suggestions for business process improvement.
- People Leadership_
- Scheduling duties, as required, to ensure peak periods are properly staffed.
- Leading in the hiring of new employees and creating a talent pipeline.
- Overseeing employees, including coaching formally and informally.
- Training and development of new and current employees, including performance evaluations.
**The Qualifications**:
- 3-4 years of previous leadership experience in a customer focused industry.
- Certificate in management or diploma in business administration would be considered an asset.
- Must be flexible and available to address issues that may arise during any shift.
- Demonstrated strengths in collaborative team environments, and ability to foster strong relationships with customers and employees.
- Highly organized, task oriented, independent worker.
- Excellent communication skills, including listening, and oral.
- CPR Level C/AED Training/Basic First Aid considered an asset.
