**How you’ll contribute**

As our **Fulfillment Specialist** in the **Portable Power Division**, you’ll be directly responsible for ensuring the fulfillment of our Portable Power equipment orders through:

- Overseeing the receipt, production, storage, retrieval, and order fulfillment of Portable Power equipment including, but not limited to generators, tower lights, and battery packs, in an efficient & timely manner.
- Providing direct oversite and guidance of the Order Fulfillment App and the corresponding execution of flow of equipment for customers, branches, or warehouse.
- Managing computer transactions for all incoming and outgoing movement of equipment.
- Strategizing the daily planning, staging and efficient organization of serialized Portable Power equipment and accessories within the facility.
- Being responsible and accountable for the daily/weekly communications, planning, organizing, and controlling of warehouse storage, shipping, and receiving.
- Ensuring proper parts management from ordering, maintaining stock, and accurate inventory counts.
- Possessing superb interpersonal and communication skills with attention and focus on teamwork, productivity, training, and a champion of Health & Safety.
- Complying with established internal control procedures to maintain inventory accuracy and integrity of our Rental Management computer system.
- Working directly with the Operations Manager to assist with incident and accident prevention, investigation and analysis and conducting thorough investigations into major incidents to determine cause and recommend action for prevention.
- Adhering to and promoting our Company Safety Policies, including wearing required PPE.
- Completing other duties as assigned.

**What we’re looking for**
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2-3 years of Rental Equipment, Industrial Heaters, or related experience
- 2-3 years of Warehouse Management / Team Supervisor experience
- Valid G Class Driver’s License with a clean abstract
- Valid 3rd party Counterbalance license with 1 year of experience
- Exceptional customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Comfortable lifting, pushing, and pulling up to 50lbs on a regular basis
- Advanced computer literacy and MS Office Suite experience
- Flexible with evening and weekend availability
- Experience administering Health and Safety training is an asset

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 42.5 per week
