As the Cannabis Store Manager, you will be at the forefront of creating an exceptional customer experience and ensuring operational excellence. This role is ideal for an ambitious leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about the evolving cannabis industry.

Adaptability: Swiftly adapting to changes in in-house policy, regulations, and legalities with mínimal notice period.

Policy Development: Demonstrating the ability to promptly generate and facilitate training on new policies as needed.

Regulatory Expertise: Exhibiting expert knowledge of health and safety regulations, labour laws, and cannabis standards.

Local Compliance: Adept in discovering and mastering information related to facility-specific city and municipality bylaws.

Implementation and Oversight: Implementing and upholding all operational, industry, and regulatory rules, policies, and procedures. Overseeing opening and closing procedures, maintaining POS systems, and conducting regular audits.

**Duties**:

- Oversee daily operations of the store, including sales, customer service, and inventory management.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and increase profitability.
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Create and maintain a positive and engaging store environment for both customers and employees.
- Train, coach, and motivate staff to deliver exceptional customer service and meet performance goals.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
- Manage inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure product availability.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a professional manner.
- Collaborate with other store managers and corporate teams to share best practices and drive business growth.

**Skills**:

- Retail management experience, preferably in a similar industry or setting.
- Strong budgeting skills to effectively manage store expenses and maximize profitability.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Bilingual/multilingual skills are a plus to effectively communicate with diverse customers.
- Excellent selling skills to promote products and drive sales.
- Experience in interviewing, hiring, and developing a high-performing team.
- Strong leadership abilities to inspire and motivate employees.
- Exceptional customer service skills to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Ability to develop training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.

**Salary**: $43,648.99-$61,621.40 per year

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Microsoft Office: 1 year (preferred)
