**Job Overview**:
**Schedule: 4 DAY WORK WEEK**Monday to Thursday - 6:30 am - 5:00 pm

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare wooden surfaces for painting, including cleaning, sanding, and priming.
- Inspect finished pieces for quality and consistency, ensuring adherence to company standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including cleaning tools and equipment.
- Operate paint shop machinery and equipment safely, following all safety protocols.
- Assist in inventory management by notifying supervisors of low supplies and materials.
- Keep accurate records on computer.
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
- Follow instructions and learn new techniques to improve job performance.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to the supervisor.

- Safety-conscious mindset and ability to follow workplace safety protocols.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $22.00-$28.00 per hour
