We are looking for Business Analysts to join our Business Consulting team. This is a chance to join one of the fastest growing and exciting consultancies, with an opportunity to grow with the company as it expands.

**Responsibilities**
- Prepare data source files used as input to reconciliation
- Compare data files, fields and records per respective reconciliation rules
- Analyse potential differences ('breaks') together with the client’s FinOps team
- Store and maintain detailed documentation & communications per client requirements
- Support requests to automate processes (data loading, rec execution, status/MIS reporting)
- Identify, drive design & execution of process improvement/re-engineering opportunities
- Review existing Operating Procedures and making recommendations to refine and update based on daily procedures

**Show Us What You’ve Got**

It will be very useful if you have some or all of the following skills and experience:

- 2+ years Business Analysis/Business Systems Analysis experience
- Experience in, or strong knowledge of, reconciliations or data comparison processes strongly preferred
- Experience in, or strong knowledge of, financial accounting processes is preferred
- Fluent in advanced excel (formula's, macro's) to support data management
- Strong collaboration and communication skills in a fast-paced environment
- Be a self-starter and self sufficient
- Financial Industry experience
