**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Conduct comprehensive financial analysis and modeling to support mergers, acquisitions, and capital raising activities.
- Prepare detailed presentations and pitch books for client meetings, showcasing market trends and investment opportunities.
- Assist in the due diligence process by gathering and analyzing relevant data from various sources.
- Collaborate with senior bankers to develop strategic recommendations based on thorough research and analysis.
- Monitor industry developments and maintain up-to-date knowledge of market conditions affecting clients.
- Support the execution of transactions by coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial modeling and valuation techniques.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and financial databases (e.g., Bloomberg).
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Previous internship experience in investment banking or finance is a plus but not required.
