Telecom Linemen Forman

**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Lead, train, and oversee a team of linemen, apprentices, and groundmen on job sites.
- Assist with the installation, maintenance, and repair of telecommunication network infrastructure.
- Perform various tasks related to telecommunication systems, including aerial and underground work.
- Safely operate bucket trucks for aerial line work.
- Execute tasks as assigned, ensuring high-quality work and adherence to safety protocols.
- Work on multiple Telus projects, maintaining a focus on efficiency and reliability.
- Provide mentorship and skills development to less experienced crew members.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 5 years of lineman experience with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Strong skills in telecommunication infrastructure installation, including cable placement, Pole transfers, Emergency callout and MVA repair calls
- Ability to safely climb poles and structures as needed.
- Proficiency in the safe operation and maneuvering of bucket trucks.
- Familiarity with the operation of digger derricks.
- Proven leadership and crew management skills.

Pay: $38.00-$45.00 per hour
