- **Assist Senior Linemen**: Work closely with experienced linemen to gain hands-on experience and knowledge in telecom line construction.
- **Safety Compliance**: Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a secure working environment.
- **Outdoor Work**: Embrace outdoor work in various weather conditions, contributing to the expansion and enhancement of telecommunication infrastructure.
- **Progress Reporting**: Communicate effectively with the team to report progress and address any challenges encountered.

**Qualifications**:

- **Entry-Level**: No prior experience required; we're seeking individuals with a strong interest in entering the telecommunications field.
- **Physical Fitness**: Capable of performing physically demanding tasks and comfortable working at heights.
- **Team Player**: Willingness to collaborate and take direction from experienced linemen.
- **Driver's License**: Possession of a valid BC Class 5 driver's license is required.
- **Adaptability**: Ability to adapt to changing work environments and tasks.
- **Safety Awareness**: Demonstrate a commitment to safety and a willingness to undergo relevant safety training.
- **Keen Learner**: Eagerness to learn and grow within the telecommunications industry.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 45 per week
