**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their inquiries, ensuring an excellent customer experience.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system for transactions, including cash handling and processing payments.
- Maintain merchandise displays, ensuring products are well-stocked and presented attractively.
- Providing knowledgeable advice to customers on plant and flower care.
- Support e-commerce operations by managing online orders and inventory updates.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and enhance overall shop performance.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the shop environment, including storage areas.

**Skills**
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on communication and interpersonal interactions.
- Experience in retail sales, cashiering, or merchandising is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of horticulture and gardening practices to assist customers effectively.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms is a plus.
- Multilingual abilities are beneficial for serving a diverse customer base.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage inventory and maintain shop orderliness.
