For over 57 years, the dedicated team at Karen's Flower Shop has been committed to fostering excellence in everything we do. Today, our family-owned company is looking to grow our floral sales and customer service team.

**SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS**
- Guest service mentality; is sociable and friendly and has a genuine desire to serve the customer
- Manage a high volume of calls
- Good verbal communication and listening skills
- Self-starter who is energetic and flexible
- Maintains a calm, tactful demeanor when dealing with difficult situations
- Prioritizes responsibilities to achieve results
- Gardening or “love of flowers” preferred
- Driven by creativity and art'

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide outstanding customer service in person and over the phone. Ability to answer questions, take floral orders and resolve concerns.
- Scheduling and organizing deliveries with drivers
- Participate in unloading, unpacking and processing flower and plant shipments
- Keeping the shop clean and organized

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 1 year (required)
- Sales: 1 year (required)

- Day Shift (required)
