**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Planning and Scheduling**: Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely and cost-effective completion.
- **Cost Management**: Monitor and control project expenses to align with budgetary goals.
- **Cost Analysis**: Analyze cost trends and variances, identifying areas for savings and efficiency improvements.
- **Cost Reconciliation**: Accurately reconcile project costs against budgets, ensuring all financial data is complete.
- **SAP MOC Expertise**: Manage project scope changes through SAP MOC, ensuring proper documentation and approval processes.
- **Reporting**: Prepare detailed cost reports and present findings and recommendations to management.
- **Collaboration**: Partner with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure seamless cost tracking and reporting.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field (preferred).
- 5-7 years of experience in cost management, analysis, and reconciliation.
- Experience in project closeout processes and contractor Quality Assurance verification.
- Proficiency in **SAP**, particularly SAP MOC.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in the oil and gas industry.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and related financial tools.
