**Change Management Analyst**

**Key Information**:

- ** Must be able to provide assistance in managing processes related to field work instructions and change orders within our Operations department.**:

- ** Hours: Based on a 40-hour work week (8 hours a day, Monday - Friday) with the option for overtime during the busy season, if required.**:

- ** Hourly rate is dependent on experience.**:

- ** Health benefits and vacation pay offered.**
- Lead change management assessments, verify details of change orders, and finalization documentation.
- Examine and assess all changes and ensure comprehensive documentation that is transparent and easily auditable.
- Assist and project team members in implementing change management strategies within their respective roles and responsibilities.
- Support project team members in examining contractual documents.
- Keep a sufficient understanding of ongoing project activities to aid in predicting expenses and identifying potential change items.

**Experience and Certification Requirements**:

- Experience in financial analysis and/or construction management.
- Change Leadership.
- Communication.
- Microsoft Office.
- Organizational skills.
- Written & Oral Communication Skills
- Proficient English language skills required.
- A reliable means of transportation is required.

**Education**: Completion of high school or equivalent is required.
