- Handle cash and credit transactions accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in your section

Qualifications:

- Minimum three years experience in a fast paced restaurant/Pub environment is preferred.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle various customer personalities
- Strong beer and Wine knowledge is a plus
