**Job Summary**:
The In store Marketing & Visual Presentation Manager will create the visual presentation strategies and standards to stores and communicate the directives and plans to field leaders. In this role you will be reporting into the VP of Marketing.

**What you will do in this role**:

- Provide direction to store leaders to create an inspirational shopping experience through the placement of merchandise, styling and dressing of mannequins, and setting up window visual displays
- Strategically work with the merchants to understand program buys and deliveries
- Ensure that store leaders understand and execute merchandising standards
- Effectively plan, coordinate, communicate and ensure execution of all sales and event set ups
- Coach the re-working of presentations as merchandise sells down or consolidations arrive, ensuring new receipts are presented to maximize impact
- Provide instruction on the maintenance and organization of signing elements and merchandising display collateral
- Provide ongoing coaching, development and visual direction to Regional Managers and store teams
- Source materials and props and make recommendations as appropriate
- Travel is required for store visits and to support trade shows, construction projects/new store & renovations

**Your Qualifications Include**:

- Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in visual and merchandising preferably in a retail setting
- Experience in women’s and/or men’s fashion experience preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools like PowerPoint, Outlook
- Ability to work independently and with a team
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to achieve goals and meet deadlines with little or no supervision
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to coach/train others
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to travel between GTA Stores and to major cities across Canada
- Ability to work some nights and weekends as needed
