**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with clients, designers, and project managers to understand project requirements and specifications.
- Interpret blueprints, sketches, and design plans to conceptualize custom millwork pieces and finished carpentry solutions.
- Utilize a variety of tools, equipment, and techniques to fabricate and assemble custom millwork components with precision and accuracy.
- Demonstrate mastery in working with various materials, including wood, metal, and composite materials, to achieve desired aesthetics and functionality.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and industry standards throughout the fabrication and installation processes.
- Manage project timelines effectively to deliver high-quality workmanship within established deadlines.
- Follow instructions carefuly and prioritize a qualitative finish

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 10 years of experience in custom millwork and finished carpentry, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality projects.
- Extensive knowledge of carpentry techniques, joinery methods, and woodworking principles.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, drawings, and design plans.
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for precision craftsmanship.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot issues independently.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work well in a team environment.
- Dedication to safety practices and protocols in the workshop and on job sites.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently to meet project deadlines.

**Salary**: $60,000.00-$80,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

**Experience**:

- carpentry: 5 years (preferred)
