**Responsibilities**
- Responsible for directing the Receiving and Credit workforce to manage the work load of the department.- Receive shipments and sign paperwork upon receipt
- Unload packages from incoming trucks
- Inspect contents to ensure they are undamaged
- Verify packages according to order and invoices (quantity)
- Receive in an accurate and timely manner
- Organize and maintain stock
- Prioritize high anticipated shipments
- Receive credits/transfers/defectives and log into worksheet
- Process in a timely manner
- Ensure safe warehouse operations and supply storage, including but not limited to:
- Ensuring all products are properly tagged and labelled
- Ensure all products are stored safely and correctly for maximum warehouse space
- Follow all replenishment best practices
- Bin maintenance
- Responsible for inventory integrity including SOC’s/ROC’s and inventory counts.
- Coach and train Receiving Team
- Collaborate with other departments as required
- Actively participate in all department duties and lead by example to encourage, motivate, and lead team to success
- Ensure all Health & Safety protocols are followed
- Demonstrate our company culture and values
- Perform other duties as required

**Qualifications & Core Competencies**
- High School diploma or General Educational Development (GED) certificate
- Supply Chain certification or equivalent considered an asset
- License in Hair, Esthetics, or another relevant industry is an asset
- 1+ year of experience in inventory management and/or procurement
- Strong understanding of supply chain processes and best practices
- Demonstrated professionalism with excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- Proven analytical, research, and problem-solving abilities
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); experience with Syntax and Cognos preferred
- Experience with IMBi (AS/400) considered an asset

**Job Type**:Full-Time, Permanent.

**Schedule/Department Hours**:Our working hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm. Occasional evenings and weekends may be required to meet business needs.
