We continue to grow We have a new position available within our dynamic and growing firm for a Junior Bookkeeper in our Barrie location. Due to the nature of the work involved in this position, the successful applicant will be required to attend the Barrie office in person each day.

Responsibilities of this role include:

- Process financial transactions in accounting software (client payments, disbursements, billing).
- Reconcile bank statements with internal records for accuracy.
- Assist with invoicing and tracking client payments.
- Assist with managing accounts payable, including incoming and outgoing payments.
- Other administrative duties as assigned
