**Responsibilities**
- Invoice preparation/processing drop-shop orders via QuickBooks / UPS.
- Price list verifications.
- Bills verifications
- Research and correct problem accounts
- Processing payments and resolving discrepancies.
- Resolving inventory discrepancies

**Qualifications include**:

- Bookkeeping experience (5-15 years)
- QuickBooks experience (5-15 years.
- Great interpersonal skills.
- The ability to work on multiple projects while adhering to tight deadlines.
- The ability to communicate complex financial data with other members.
- Excellent data entry skills.
- Familiarity with the general principles of accounting.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Barrie, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- QuickBooks: 1 year (preferred)
- Bookkeeping: 1 year (preferred)
