**Description du poste**

En tant qu’**agent de méthodes**, vous utiliserez vos compétences en méthodes pour définir et créer le dossier de fabrication (séquences d’assemblage, nomenclature de fabrication, instructions de travail visuelles), en veillant au respect des règles de santé et sécurité et à l’élimination des risques.

**Responsabilités**
- Être responsable de la création du **dossier de fabrication**.
- Définir la **séquence d’assemblage optimale** en respectant les règles de santé et sécurité ainsi que les contraintes techniques.
- Élaborer les **gammes de travail** en fonction de la séquence d’assemblage.
- Créer des **instructions de travail visuelles** adaptées à l’environnement de production. Le format peut être en **3D (Industrie 4.0)** ou en **2D**, selon le type d’assemblage.
- **Soutenir le lancement en production** des nouvelles gammes de travail.
- Maintenir à jour le **dossier de fabrication** (gammes, instructions de travail).
- Établir des **normes de création** pour les gammes et les instructions.
- Promouvoir une **culture d’amélioration continue** fondée sur des techniques de résolution de problèmes telles que le **Kaizen, Six Sigma, Lean, Design Thinking et Agile**.
- Définir et contrôler l’**avancement**, les **étapes clés** et les **points de contrôle** du projet, et en assurer le suivi.
- Mettre en œuvre des projets d’**amélioration du dossier de fabrication**.
- Être **proactif** et contribuer à la transition vers **l’Industrie 4.0** dans nos procédés de fabrication.
- Travailler en collaboration avec différentes équipes **:Ingénierie, Production, Chefs de projet, et TI**.

**Qualifications et compétences**
- Diplôme universitaire en **génie ou domaine connexe**.
- Minimum de **5 ans d’expérience** en méthodes industrielles.
- Maîtrise de la **lecture de plans d’assemblage**.
- Compétence dans la **manipulation de modèles 3D**.
- Expérience dans l’**exécution de projets manufacturiers**.
- Connaissance des outils **PLM, MPMlink, et Créoview** (un atout).
- Bonne compréhension de **l’environnement manufacturier** et de ses enjeux.
- **Excellentes compétences en communication** (écrite et orale), **leadership**, esprit d’équipe, et capacité à **gérer le changement**.
- À l’aise dans un **environnement distribué**, avec un travail en **mode hybride** (télétravail et présence occasionnelle au bureau).
- **Bilinguisme (français et anglais)** requis.

**Compétences essentielles**
- Expérience en tant qu’**agent de méthodes**, **méthodes - configuration** ou **méthodes - gammes**.
- Collaboration dans un environnement de **production syndiqué**.
- Travail d’équipe fréquent.

**Contract Length**: 12 Months

**Description**

As a methods agent, you will use your methods skills to define and create the manufacturing file (assembly sequences, manufacturing BOM, visual work instructions), ensuring that health and safety rules are followed and risks are eliminated.
- Be responsible for creating the manufacturing file.
- Define the optimal assembly sequence in accordance with health and safety rules and technical constraints.
- Create work schedules in accordance with the assembly sequence.
- Create appropriate visual work instructions based on the production environment. The format may be 3D (Industry 4.0) or 2D depending on the type of assembly.
- Support the production launch of new work schedules.
- Keep the manufacturing file up to date (work schedule, work instructions).
- Establish standards for the creation of work schedules and work instructions.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement based on problem-solving techniques and Kaizen, Six Sigma, Lean, Design Thinking, and Agile.
- Define and control the progress, key stages, and control points of the project and monitor them.
- Implement projects to improve the manufacturing file.
- Be proactive and contribute to the Industry 4.0 shift in our manufacturing processes.
- Work in collaboration with various teams: Engineering, Production, Project Managers, and IT.

**Qualifications and skills**
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial work methods.
- Proficiency in reading and understanding assembly drawings.
- Proficiency in handling 3D models.
- Proficiency in executing manufacturing projects.
- Knowledge of PLM, MPMlink, and Créoview (an asset).
- Knowledge of the manufacturing environment and its challenges.
- Strong communication skills (written and oral). Leadership, good team spirit, and change management skills.
- Comfortable working in a distributed environment, remotely and occasionally in the office as required for the position.
