**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Lead project planning sessions and define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Develop detailed project plans to monitor and track progress using tools such as Project Server and Visio.
- Implement Agile methodologies and Kanban practices to enhance team productivity.
- Conduct data collection and analysis to inform decision-making processes throughout the project lifecycle.
- Manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs using change management principles.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and coordination.
- Prepare regular status reports for stakeholders, detailing progress, risks, and issues.
- Utilize PMBOK guidelines to ensure compliance with industry standards in project management.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience as a Project Manager or similar role in a relevant field.
- Strong knowledge of project management tools such as Workday and Project Server.
- Proficiency in data analysis skills to interpret complex data sets effectively.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Kanban practices is highly desirable.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience with change management processes is a plus.
- Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP) is preferred but not mandatory.

Pay: $49,670.36-$128,791.20 per year

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay
- Overtime pay
