**Summary**

We are seeking a Warehouse Worker to join our team at Moffatt Supply & Specialties in Sparwood. In this role, you will be essential in ensuring the efficient operation of our warehouse by assisting with order fulfillment, shipping and receiving, and maintaining inventory accuracy.

**Responsibilities**
- **Receiving and Processing**:
Inspect incoming shipments, verify quantities and quality, and accurately record inventory.
- **Stock Management**:
Store and organize inventory efficiently, following established procedures for stock rotation and location.
- **Order Fulfillment**:
Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipping, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
- **Loading and Unloading**:
Load and unload trucks and other vehicles safely and efficiently.
- **Inventory Control**:
Participate in inventory counts and cycle counts, identifying and reporting discrepancies.
- **Equipment Operation**:
Operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
- **Safety and Cleanliness**:
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment, adhering to all safety regulations.
- **Communication**:
Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding warehouse operations and issues.
- **Other Duties**:
Perform other duties as assigned, including assisting with various warehouse tasks.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a warehouse environment is preferred.
- Strong order picking and fulfillment skills.
- Ability to operate heavy equipment safely (e.g., fork lift, loader).
- Basic mechanical knowledge is an asset.
- Experience with welding consumables considered an asset, but not required.
- Ability to stand for extended periods, lift and move items up to 50 lbs., and perform repetitive motions.
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.

Pay: $24.00-$29.00 per hour
