**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Supervise and coordinate daily activities of the construction crew to ensure efficient workflow.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and project specifications to guide construction activities.
- Conduct quality control inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and project standards.
- Responsible for submitting daily time
- Train and mentor crew members on best practices in construction techniques and safety protocols.
- Collaborate with Superintendent to develop schedules and allocate resources effectively.
- Address any issues or conflicts that arise on-site promptly to minimize disruptions.
- Responsible for Ordering Materials and Trucks as needed

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in a supervisory role within the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge in paving processes
- Knowledge in Underground utility adjustments, not required but an asset.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate a diverse team.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, for interacting with team members, clients, and stakeholders.
- A commitment to maintaining a safe work environment by adhering to all safety regulations.
- **Must be able to pass a Pre-Employment Drug and Alcohol test**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Seasonal

Additional pay:

- Overtime pay

- Monday to Friday
- Overtime
- Weekends as needed
