**Role Overview**
The **Business Intelligence Analyst** will:
- Manage and consolidate data from multiple platforms and sources to generate actionable reports.
- Sort through scattered and inconsistent data, identifying trends and producing logical, structured insights.
- Support senior management, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations teams with data analysis and KPI reporting.
- Collaborate closely with the Chief Subscriber Officer to provide executive-level insights for decision-making.
- Quickly adapt to and leverage OSS/BSS systems to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Aggregate, organize, and analyze data from multiple sources to create comprehensive, logical reports.
- Identify inconsistencies in existing data and develop clear processes for managing and interpreting information.
- Generate and maintain KPI reports for Marketing, Sales, Customer Care, and Field Services teams.
- Provide actionable insights to enhance marketing campaign ROI and overall effectiveness.
- Create executive-level reports to inform strategic decision-making.
- Learn and effectively utilize PomeGran’s OSS/BSS systems for accurate and timely data reporting.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all reporting activities.
- Recommend and implement data tools and techniques to optimize reporting processes.
- Collaborate closely with Senior Management, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations teams to support data-driven initiatives.
**Qualifications**
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a Business Intelligence or Data Analyst role, preferably in a similar environment.
- Expertise in data management tools and reporting systems, including:
- Microsoft Power BI
- SQL
- (Optional: Tableau, Python, or other relevant tools)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage scattered data and produce logical, actionable reports.
- Experience working with OSS/BSS systems is a strong asset (or the ability to learn quickly).
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred).

Pay: $68,000.00 per year
