Functional Documentation and Business Analyst with NetSuite and Legacy Systems Experience

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Functional Documentation and Business Analyst with experience in NetSuite and legacy systems. You will be responsible for documenting process flows, system functionality, and business requirements to support our organization's operations and system enhancements, with a specific focus on NetSuite and legacy systems. Your expertise in functional documentation, business analysis, NetSuite, and legacy systems will play a critical role in driving process improvements, ensuring effective knowledge transfer, and supporting project success.

**Responsibilities**:

- Analyze existing processes and systems to identify areas for improvement and optimization, considering both NetSuite and legacy system functionalities.
- Document process flows, system requirements, use cases, and business rules to ensure clear and concise communication, covering both NetSuite and legacy system functionalities.
- Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops to gather insights and validate requirements, considering both NetSuite and legacy system configurations.
- Translate business requirements into functional documentation, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives, with an emphasis on both NetSuite and legacy system capabilities.
- Assist in the evaluation and selection of technology solutions that meet business needs, taking into account both NetSuite and legacy system requirements.
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure accurate implementation of functionality based on documented requirements for both NetSuite and legacy systems.
- Support project teams by providing guidance and clarification on documented processes and requirements within the NetSuite and legacy system environments.
- Conduct testing and validation activities specific to both NetSuite and legacy system functionalities to ensure accuracy and completeness of documented processes.
- Assist in user training and support during system implementations and deployments, including both NetSuite and legacy system environments.
- Continuously monitor and assess system functionality and business processes, for both NetSuite and legacy systems, to identify opportunities for improvement.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Proven experience in functional documentation and business analysis, with a focus on process flows and system requirements within both NetSuite and legacy system environments.
- Strong understanding of NetSuite functionality and configuration options, as well as legacy system functionalities.
- Experience with documenting business requirements and translating them into technical specifications within both NetSuite and legacy system environments.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand complex business processes and translate them into clear and concise documentation.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Detail-oriented approach with excellent organizational skills, ensuring accurate and thorough documentation.
- Familiarity with business analysis methodologies and techniques.
- Experience in process mapping and process improvement initiatives.
- Knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) and experience working in an agile environment is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
