Social Media and Customer Sales Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and talented individual to join our team as a Social Media and Customer Sales Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our company's social media platforms, creating engaging content, and interacting with our online community. Additionally, you will assist walk-in customers, provide information about our products, and support the sales process by collecting contact information and addressing customer inquiries.
**Responsibilities**:
**1. Social Media Management**:
- Create and curate high-quality content for various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
- Monitor social media channels, respond to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely and professional manner.
- Engage with our online community, foster meaningful interactions, and build relationships with potential and existing customers.
- Analyze social media metrics, track performance, and generate reports to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and strategies.
**2. Content Creation**:
- Produce engaging and visually appealing content, including graphics, images, videos, and written copy, that aligns with our brand identity and captures the attention of our target audience.
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and customer preferences, and leverage this knowledge to create relevant and compelling content.
**3. Customer Sales Support**:
- Greet and assist walk-in customers, providing them with information about our natural stone products, pricing, and availability.
- Actively listen to customer inquiries and provide accurate and detailed responses to assist in their decision-making process.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless transition of leads and follow-up on potential customer inquiries.
**4. Customer Relationship Management**:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through effective communication, attentive support, and personalized interactions.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products based on customer needs and preferences.
- Address customer complaints or concerns promptly and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
**Qualifications**:
- Previous experience in social media management and customer service is preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content and engage effectively with customers.
- Familiarity with various social media platforms and an understanding of their respective best practices.
- Knowledge of natural stone products, such as granite, marble, or quartz, is advantageous.
- Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.
- A proactive and self-driven attitude, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle customer inquiries or issues with professionalism and empathy.
