We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced **Early Child Care Instructor** to join our academic team.

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Deliver engaging and interactive lectures based on the approved curriculum
- Prepare lesson plans, assignments, quizzes, and assessments
- Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback
- Maintain accurate student attendance and academic records
- Support students with learning challenges and career guidance
- Ensure compliance with Ontario childcare standards and college policies

**Qualifications & Requirements**:

- Diploma or Degree in **Early Childhood Education (ECE)** or a related field
- **ECE Registration (RECE)** preferred
- Minimum **2-3 years of experience** working in a licensed childcare setting
- Previous teaching or training experience is an asset
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Knowledge of Ontario childcare regulations and practices
- Ability to teach adult learners in a classroom environment

**Schedule**:

- Weekend and/or Evening classes
- Flexible hours based on course schedule
