**Overview**

**Responsibilities**:

- Create and implement engaging lesson plans that promote the intellectual and social development of children
- Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns
- Utilize classroom management techniques to ensure a productive learning environment
- Incorporate bilingual or special education strategies when working with diverse groups of children
- Foster leadership skills in children through various activities and interactions

**Experience**:

- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred
- Previous experience working with young children in a childcare setting
- Strong communication skills to interact with children, parents, and colleagues
- Knowledge of classroom management techniques tailored to early childhood education
- Experience in special education is a plus
